David H. DeWolf - CEO/President

David DeWolfDavid DeWolf is the Founder and CEO of Three Pillar Global, an innovative provider of full life-cycle software product solutions. Under David's guidance Three Pillar has become one of the Mid Atlantic's fastest growing companies, achieving triple digit growth each of the past three years and expanding operations to four continents during the same period.

David is passionate about accelerating business and is an active member of the business and technology communities in Northern Virginia. He sits on the Advisory Boards of Verdant Strategies and iMPACT Enterprises, is a member of Legatus, and a graduate of Mindshare, an exclusive, invitation only, forum of CEOs from the Washington D.C. area's most promising technology companies.

Before founding Three Pillar, David was a Principal at Digital Focus where he oversaw the development of custom software solutions. Prior to that he worked at various privately held consulting agencies, making a name for himself as an expert in software development and agile methodologies. David was an active member of several open source software communities, including the Apache Software Foundation. In 2005 David was appointed to the Java Portlet Specification Expert Group and was selected by industry leaders as a member of the Java Community Process. He has spoken at various national conferences and has authored numerous online publications. He has consulted for a wide variety of businesses, from Fortune 500 companies to startups.

David earned his Bachelor's degree from the Franciscan University of Steubenville where he studied Communications and Theology. He and his wife Teresa have five children. 

Todd Bramblett - President

Todd BramblettTodd Bramblett holds the position of President at Three Pillar Global, Inc. Todd has over 25 year's executive management experience leading technology and consulting companies from initial vision to operational success, profitability and exit in some cases. Having founded and managed both professional services as well as software firms, he has a proven track-record of delivering results in everything from venture funding, where he has raised almost $40MM, to sales and marketing, where he has produced double and even triple digit quarterly revenue growth.

In 2003, Todd co-founded LeverPoint, LLC, a company specialized in serving the needs of small to mid-sized software companies and departments of software-enabled enterprises. LeverPoint allows these clients to improve their software product development speed, cost and quality measures leveraging LeverPoint’s network of global delivery centers in the US and around the globe.

Prior to LeverPoint Todd worked at Ikimbo Inc. from May 2001 until June 2003 where he served in several executive roles before being asked by the Board and lead VC's to step up to the CEO position in June 2002. During his time as CEO, he cut spending by almost 70%, raised two additional rounds of funding, and re-targeted Ikimbo's sales and services organizations. Further, he personally conceived and provided the vision for a new product then lead Ikimbo from inception to release on this product utilizing a hybrid onshore-offshore software co-development model that dramatically increased Ikimbo's speed-to-market, cut development costs, and dramatically improved Ikimbo's software quality. Most of the lessons learned and methods used in Ikimbo's software co-development model serve as the foundation for LeverPoint 'dual shore' software co-development model today.

Prior to Ikimbo, Todd co-founded and served as CEO of a high-growth Washington DC-based Application Service Provider (ASP), ASPEN. Before that, Todd served as EVP/COO where he founded the consulting services division of a prominent IT distributor, EdgeMark Systems (later changed its name to BroadPoint Technologies). Within 20 months, he grew the consulting organization from 1 to approximately 80 people with four offices along the east coast and annual revenues from 400K to over 12MM. In 1990, Todd founded CompAcct, Ltd that became one of the top 5 providers of Great Plains financial applications and services worldwide. By 1996 he sold CompAcct to GE Capital Consulting where he joined the executive team responsible for managing the Mid-Atlantic region's 350 consulting services professionals. He was quickly designated the National Director of GECC's mid-market applications practice responsible for setting strategy, determining and delivering on direct and channel sales revenue targets.

Todd completed his undergraduate studies having pursued major or minor degrees in everything from computer science and accounting to pre-medicine and psychology at Covenant College, in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Blaine Hall - COO

Blaine HallBlaine Hall is the COO at Three Pillar Software, an innovative provider of application services. In this role he oversees the company's maintenance and outsourcing offerings and spearheads all government initiatives. Blaine sits on the board of directors of the House of Mercy, a charitable organization which provides food, shelter, and spiritual nourishment to those needing assistance in Manassas and Prince William County, VA.

Prior to joining Three Pillar, Blaine was the President Firefly Database Solutions a company he founded and grew annually by double digits before merging with Three Pillar. He has an extensive background in engineering enterprise systems for both commercial and government clients. His delivery experience includes service roles ranging from project manager to systems engineering and Oracle database administration.

Blaine earned his Bachelor's degree from the Franciscan University of Steubenville where he studied Communications and Radio/Television Broadcasting.

Bobby Christian - EVP, Sales

Bobby ChristianBobby is the former executive vice president and general manager, Enterprise Consulting Group of American Systems. Here, he lead the consulting division, targeting the healthcare, telecommunications, financial, energy, and travel & retail markets. He was formerly CEO of True North Solutions, which was acquired by American Systems in July, 2004. Prior to that, Bobby served in a variety of executive roles in privately held organizations and held board positions for a number of companies. He is a member of the Potomac Officer's Club and is a graduate of MindShare. Bobby is also Chairman of the Board of Provision International USA, a non-profit organization dedicated to needy leaders in southern African countries, and he sits on the advisory boards of several local technology companies.

Bobby earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.

Larry Simpson - President, Government Innovation

Larry Simpson Larry Simpson is President of Three Pillar Global, Inc’s Government Innovation Group. He is an entrepreneurial senior executive with vast experience in executive leadership of CEO, President & COO and Vice President positions for Operations, Product Development, and Sales and Business Development. His market experiences include the software, eBusiness, secure communications, and professional services industries that have spanned the commercial, government, and international sectors. He has served as an executive and on the Board of Directors of private, public, and nonprofit organizations which include Crypek, General Kinetics Incorporated, Food Technologies Incorporated, Global Partnership Inc., LeverPoint, LeverPoint Capital Partners, Bethany Christian Services, and Prayer Crisis Referral Network.

As an executive, Larry has led companies with top level personnel from start-up as a founder to exits, restart of VC backed company, turn-around of a division of a public owned company, participated in IPO, secondary offering, merger & acquisitions, and venture raises. He has led innovative teams that developed patents, awarded the “Best New Product Award” for the mid-Atlantic region, coordinated and managed internationally disbursed product development teams, gained 41% of the market share including the US, Pacific Rim and Western Europe, and achieved multiple acquisitions while with Cryptek. At Crosswalk, Larry established the sales engine, made acquisitions, and managed product development which consistently won "Best of the Web" awards. Global Partnership International established strategic equity partners in Eastern Europe for technology production and country reconstruction; both ASPEN and Ikimbo were birthing and penetrating new markets with sales channel strategies that included IBM, AOL, WebMethods, and boutiques. Most recently with LeverPoint, Larry’s responsibilities included managing the international business operations of software services in Argentina, India, Romania, and the US for US clients.

In 1977 Larry graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served his commitment as a Naval Officer prior to departing the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander in 1984. Larry and his wife, Laurie, have four children.
